Lock certain sections of a form once they have been completed and moved to the next part of the workflow.

For example, "Completing Your On-boarding" Form, once employee has completed their details, I would like to make it so that the Payroll Officer cannot change those details when it is submitted to them (at the moment they can change the details). Details are visible, just not editable.
