We need to look at a solution for when a manager terminates after a form has been initiated and has moved through the workflows.
For example: the following manager (Iain Brown) initiated the form, it has moved through the workflow and is currently with HR.
As part of the originally workflow HR should be able to cancel the form, but because its now assigned Default Workflow they can no longer do that.
They can however select submit to approve, however it goes nowhere.
If by some chance the form makes it to payroll (final stage of the workflow) and then the manager leaves you cant process the form.
Current workaround - save form as PDF and delete it from CF (losing all history ect) and update manually.
