AUDIT REPORT: Show “System/Clever Form” as User for Clever Form-initiated changes

DESCRIPTION:
When employees submit a CleverForm (e.g. bank, tax, super details), the data is pushed into Affinity. In the Combined Audit Report, the User field currently shows the payroll user (e.g. approver) as having made the change.
Customers have asked if this could instead display “CleverForm” or “System” to indicate the change originated from a form submission rather than manual entry.
PROBLEM:
Audit logs can be misleading, as they attribute system-generated updates to payroll users
No clear distinction between manual and CleverForm-driven changes
PROPOSED SOLUTION:
Display a system-generated value (e.g. “CleverForm” or “System”) in the User field for CleverForm-initiated updates.
NOTES:
Current logic records the database actioning user (approver)
Historical and older-version data may be inconsistent
VALUE:
Improves audit clarity and transparency by distinguishing system vs user-driven changes.
