It would be great if the system could automatically generate a .PDF copy of the pre-processed Clever Form and attach it to the relevant Employee Masterfile > Documents area in affinity.
For audit purposes, in order to easily keep track of the approval workflow of changes made through Clever Forms, is it possible to have a .PDF copy of the Clever Form changes and approval sequence (e.g. comments and history) automatically attached to an employee's affinity file in once the transaction is complete?
The Combined Audit report (in affinity) only shows the final person in the chain. It would be great to have a record attached that shows all the approvals, as sometimes the delegation of authority requires several approvals, and it is a nightmare to go back through the Clever Form dashboard to try and find the approval when Audit are asking for documentation.
Consider creating a folder under Affinity Masterfile Documents specifically for Clever Forms.
