We should have inter dependent fields on the clever form - i.e if I enter pay type as S, B or C (Salaried), then when I enter the salary the rate should auto populate based on salary / 52 / std hours also entered on the form (same logic as if I was entering manually straight into the Affinity Data base.)

Rate 1 still needs to be visible on the form but greyed out (not editable).
