Can Online Forms (CF's) limitation be changed to allow use of an already in use SDATES reason?

For example - Fixed Term dates, KS Suspension, Parental Leave, Higher Duties, Visa, Secondment, as just some of the recurring SDATES reasons

The dates should always be unique unless it is a correction which could be done manually.
