Custom Lookup Pick-Lists automatically populate on the form with the first option on the pick list, this makes no sense, we want the user to select from the list available, we don't want it to populate with the first option (i.e. like in GEN 1 it should default to None, and then the user must then select, this is particularly important when the field is mandatory).
