Working Example

What:

For a termination request form - I want to add a note about the steps taken so far, as the termination request form isn't 'processed' until a later date.

Why:

I need to make other changes for the main pay run and other tasks in preparation e.g. amend hours to pay, update direct reports, add leaving gift payment, recovery of workride or other balances owing. The final pay will be processed later in the month, closer to their last day.
