Our biggest reason for employees calling us for password resets is because their answers in their security questions are case sensitive for example the employee is typing in the answer with "blue" but the answer that is held in the field is "Blue" so the system is saying the answer is wrong. It would be good if the system could recognise that the answer has actually been spelt correctly, and that it was just a case of B vs b
The other problem is "spaces" at the end of the answer. Often employees have accidentally put a "space" character at the end of their answer without realising, and then when they try to answer their questions, the system is saying they are wrong because they haven't put the "space" at the end. Is there a way for the system to ignore a "space" character if no further characters (numbers or letters) follow - because obviously we still want the system to recognise the spaces between words eg New Zealand just not the space after if another word does not follow
