When SSO is activated for an organisation they are provided a different SSO URL to utilise. Affinity has automated messages triggered from Clever Forms, Timesheets and Leave which can't be edited. These messages have the standard self service url - https://www.affinitylogon.com/
The issue is employees are then given two different URLS and creates confusion. We need flexibility to edit the automated messages as there are some situations where not all employees are part of the active directory and then the message needs the flexibility to advise some employees to use one link and another group to use another link. Or what would be more intuitive is a field within Affinity allows for specific group of people to get one message and another group based on field criteria can get a different message all controlled by Affinity data and configuration.
