Priority - On NZ termination we need it to show the annual leave entitlement, positive or negative, as one value and the percentage of holiday gross as a separate value.

We receive constant queries about how the final payment is calculated as it is all coded as annual leave.

Nice to have - It would also be good to have a blurb on the final pay explaining how an NZ final pay is calculated (for example accrual is not paid as hours but as a percentage of holiday gross)
