2630 went live in October, and as they have been familiarising themselves with our system, they have suggested some improvements that would enhance their experience. I believe these changes would benefit everyone. Their recommendations are as follows:
  1. Team Leave Tab - Add a column displaying the Approver's name, as users currently have to click into each leave application to see this information.
  2. Team Leave Tab - Add a filter for the Approver.
  3. Team Leave Tab - Add a filter for team selection. This would apply to users that have direct reports based on their position code, as well as additional Admin access setup via Security Groups. For example, this Admin user can currently see all employees due to their Admin access level, but there’s no way for them to isolate only their direct reports without filtering each employee individually. They would like an option to filter by their team on both the Team Leave History and Team Leave Calendar.
This is an FMS customer that does not have access to Affinity to run reports on this information.
