Current issue - I'm a full time employee working 8 hrs per day, the current setting in SSL is Error for overlapping leave - however, I can current enter 2.5 days Annual Leave for the same date before I get an error.

Can we please look at what changes we might be able to make to this setting - eg instead of it being 20 hours (which seems a bit high), could we maybe set it based on the employee's standard hours / work schedule for leave in hours and 1 for leave in days.
