Currently if a manager and work schedules are active a manager can view and edit anyone's schedule (even if not a direct report).

Require a config that allows access to only their direct reports or only within a division or specific group.

Require a config that allows either read only or edit depending on the views. For example can view all employees but can only edit their own direct reports. Social Futures has requested a read only to all employees including direct reports.
