Is it possible for us to include an asterisks for visual clarity on all of our fields? As an example, when we tried to save legal entity, mandatory fields from the visual perspective is by but there are mandatory fields such as ABN/IRD and Address line 1 that do not have . Or will there be a plan for clarity on this in the system in the future? reference ticket Z126665

TORTR 1376 has asked for a dynamic FTE field which is able to show the employee's standard work hours against a position or award's standard FTE %. This calculation is to look at the employee standard hours in a week against the position or schedule work hours which allows the system to auto calculate the FTE % on the system.

Allow archiving of pay points that are no longer in use. This would be helpful and ensure we don't lock the wrong pay point or put someone onto an unused pay point.

The payday file requires a post code to generate and fails if no post code has been provided in the masterfile. There is currently no validation on the post code file to prompt this as being compulsory for payday filing.

Can we favourite Query Manager reports that are used frequently so that they are always at the top and payroll do not have to go searching through all categories.

Occasionally employees do not provide a super choice form when onboarded, or this information is delayed significantly (past a contribution period). The ability to request ATO super stapling through Affinity software would reduce the risk involved in unpaid super contributions for employees.

API request separate aba file to be created any time code BPAY is used in the system. They understand it is currently possible to obtain a BPAY ABA file only when an off cycle contains only BPAY payments to employees.

Where a Flexifield is set as a date field and that field in then added to a Clever Form, make the field a date only field in the Clever Form (eg currently on the Clever Form its a text field prevent any validation ect, should behave the same as it does in Affinity).

Allow the archiving of pick list items from within the Dictionary (all picklist) - for example TA_LOCATION. Because we cant archive (and deleting is not an option because we want to maintain history ect), when we add this field (where the pick list is no longer current / valid) to a Clever Form we have a add it as a Custom picklist (so the user only has current / valid items to pick from), then we have to add a section to the form so payroll can intercept and select via a field edit so it then writes to the DB) - ie the form actual becomes a PDF and payroll then become responsible for completing the form so it can write to the DB.
