Ability to achieve pay rate table Customers have few DNU (Do not Use) pay rate tables

Can we favourite Query Manager reports that are used frequently so that they are always at the top and payroll do not have to go searching through all categories.

Allow archiving of pay points that are no longer in use. This would be helpful and ensure we don't lock the wrong pay point or put someone onto an unused pay point.

In order for a super fund to be allocated to Employe Allowance and Deductions records, the Pay Element needs to be added the Super Fund masterfile. This means that codes such as SUPR01, SUPE01, ZUPE01 needs to be added to all Super Fund masterfiles which is a repetitive task. The User experience would be better, if all Pay Elements that are configured as Super Type would automatically allow a Super Fund Code to be allocated on EMPAD

Unfortunately some instances an FTE is longer than 4 decimal places. Public Trust have an employee on an FTE of 0.95625 yet the 5 is missing as the system does not allow decimal places that far.

The Phone number fields lengths are not the same in different tables. These should be aligned so that the format and length of the fields is the same.

Is it possible for us to include an asterisks for visual clarity on all of our fields? As an example, when we tried to save legal entity, mandatory fields from the visual perspective is by but there are mandatory fields such as ABN/IRD and Address line 1 that do not have . TORTR 1376 has asked for a dynamic FTE field which is able to show the employee's standard work hours against a position or award's standard FTE %. This calculation is to look at the employee standard hours in a week against the position or schedule work hours which allows the system to auto calculate the FTE % on the system.

The payday file requires a post code to generate and fails if no post code has been provided in the masterfile. There is currently no validation on the post code file to prompt this as being compulsory for payday filing.

Expand on the gender information captured in Affinity. Need to look at how we capture gender (as times change having Male, Female and Other isn't enough) - perhaps replace the radio buttons with a pick list. Current work around is to use a flexifield and have payroll select Male, Female and Other)
