Priority - On NZ termination we need it to show the annual leave entitlement, positive or negative, as one value and the percentage of holiday gross as a separate value. We receive constant queries about how the final payment is calculated as it is all coded as annual leave. Nice to have - It would also be good to have a blurb on the final pay explaining how an NZ final pay is calculated (for example accrual is not paid as hours but as a percentage of holiday gross)

Would like to see previous functionality where you could updated termination record immediately reinstated (we have been advised to stop using as it no longer works - ie the termination was not being sent back to proserver). The main reason for this is the removal of this functionality is causing security breaches (ie employees continue to have access when they have already left, eg we have a manager who was dismissed and paid out in an off cycle, but as the record is still waiting to be terminated when the main payroll is processed they still have access).

We are aware that Termination Wizard is getting a refit, however we would like to propose that 5 decimal points are used on the calculation rather than 2. Every other calculation is entered up to 5 decimal places. When entered into Termination Wizard it automatically defaults to 2.
