A couple of customers are running MyPA reports for leave balances and currently there is no field to report on total leave, have to select entitlement and accrual and then manually total them. Would be good to be able to have a total field in QM to report on.

Often we need to run reports to gather information of a manager's direct and indirect reports. However there is only the option to pull their direct reports in QM. You can view a manager's direct and indirect reports in ESS Security Overview but you cannot export that data. To achieve these report requests, we have to manually combine multiple different reports. This is risky as we could easily put a wrong employee into the report if not being careful enough and it also reduces our productivity as it takes quite a lot of time to piece together these reports.

To have the option of archiving super funds in Affinity

From Ben K: main barrier is upgrading DB character sets. Currently, the DBs allow only basic Latin, so if we send macrons, we end up saving anglicized character representations instead. Martin would need to update all DBs to a full or extended Latin character set and we should be fine.

The Detailed Cost View creates a column for each pay element, the hours and the $$. It populates the Description column with the pay element description even if there are 0 hours and 0 $$. API want the value to remain blank for the Description if there is no units or $$ value.
