Customers are asking for reporting post go live on employee login statistics on a regular basis (Te Runanga, Stuff and GWF NZ all required this). Currently there is on standard reporting to get this. This reporting should also include customers who use SSO to access Dashboard.

From AUSCO/2628 - A branch manager has asked if this will be able to show what the Financial YTD contributions are, and why is only showing the percentage for Employer and not the actual dollar amount like the salary sacrifice does.

Sometimes users don't get the welcome email, and it needs to be resent. Would be a great supervisor feature

We have a customer that wants to limit the leave codes available to employees in Self Service and have particular codes that admin only can enter on behalf of employees - Paul has advised that this is not currently possible.

It possibly would be quite nice to include breakdown of the groupings, such as Group, Division, Department, Cost Centre in this report. Possibly have this information in other places in Self Service too?

Did some final testing of Emailed Payslips with Hanz and accidentally noticed the following. When employee has 2 payslips for the same pay period. 1 payslip with payslip_type = 1 (normal payslip) 1 payslip with payslip_type = 4 (pay adjustment payslip) After payroll ran, I received 2 identical emails which looks like duplicate. It took us some time to figure out that one payslip is for the pay adjustment. Would be good if we incorporate the payslip_type in the email body as it is quite confusing.

Want company admin users to be able to share/delegate on behalf of their managers as this is not available, and PMS customers have to raise a ticket. A manager is not always available to complete their own share/delegate, especially if they are on unexpected leave.

It would be a nice to have if when you land on https://www.affinitylogon.com/ , your cursor automatically appears in the Username or email box.

Our biggest reason for employees calling us for password resets is because their answers in their security questions are case sensitive for example the employee is typing in the answer with "blue" but the answer that is held in the field is "Blue" so the system is saying the answer is wrong. It would be good if the system could recognise that the answer has actually been spelt correctly, and that it was just a case of B vs b The other problem is "spaces" at the end of the answer. Often employees have accidentally put a "space" character at the end of their answer without realising, and then when they try to answer their questions, the system is saying they are wrong because they haven't put the "space" at the end. Is there a way for the system to ignore a "space" character if no further characters (numbers or letters) follow - because obviously we still want the system to recognise the spaces between words eg New Zealand just not the space after if another word does not follow

As a manager, when I share/delegate my access to another manager, I want to share my own approvals to that manager. Would need a way to share own self to another manager. TK109386
